All products in this site, except custom cut chain and rack hanger rods, come with a satisfaction guarantee. Upon receipt of the product and within 31 days thereafter, if you are not happy with the product for any reason, you may request an authorization return code number and refund.
Products can not be returned without written authorization (includes e-mail), instructions and an authorized return code number. Products returned without an authorization code number will be refused.
If product is returned, it must be properly packed in its original container, properly insured and shipped prepaid.
After the product has been properly returned to HSM Metal Products, we will refund the purchase price of the product and any collected sales tax. The refunded amount shall not include any shipping, handling, freight or postal expenses incurred by the customer.
